Our policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges for retail and B2B orders.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@saukarya.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
For B2B and bulk orders, quality issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Claims must include batch number, photographs, and a description of the issue. No returns are accepted for correctly fulfilled orders.
Custom formulations, opened chemical containers, and products marked 'non-returnable' at the time of sale cannot be returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For bank transfer orders, we require bank account details for the refund.
